Regionals Competition Assignment and Other Important Info November 13, 2017
Regionals Sign Ups and Dues! October 19, 2017
This Google form (attached) is for REGIONAL competition signups. If you plan to do a states only competition, don’t fill out this form. State competition signups will only be available after regional results, so you have until then to form a group and choose a competition. If you place in the top 5 in the region, then you compete in that same competition at the state level. But if you don’t qualify, then you need a new competition, so think of a backup competition in case you don’t qualify. PREFERENCE FOR STATES COMPETITIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO COMPETE AT REGIONALS.
ALSO make sure to get your dues ($25) in to Ms.Strouse or any E-Board member! The link to what lunches each E-Board member has is below so that you guys will have the chance to give you dues to them if you have any lunches in common.

With that, our annual Talent Show came to an end and honestly, it was a remarkable success. All of the parts of the show came together and it flowed perfectly. Without the help of our Chairperson Sunny, our Backstage and Auditioning Co-Committee heads Dean and Srihitha, Food and Sponsorship's Shreya and Nishta, and lastly Ticketing and Advertising's Kaushal and Jerijah, this show would not be possible. They worked super hard to get everything right and big props to them for putting in long hours to this. Shout out to Jerijah for hosting the show as well. Super big thanks to Mr. Riverso and Mrs. Bah for all their help in making this show the best one yet as well as all the judges this year. Lastly, I wanna give a big shout out to Tapan and Shrikar who put so much hard work and effort into making the Talent Show what it was. Thanks everyone who volunteered and came out to make it a great show!! Let's keep it going!
Some important talent show updates:
1) You can receive extra credit for sponsorships collected and logged on the sheet here. The sponsorship form is attached here.
2) Tickets will be sold all of this week. Tickets are $3 in advance and $5 at the door.
3) Let Food and Sponsorship know if you're bringing food before the show!
So, as you all know we have some upcoming deadlines, specifically for state projects. State projects should be completed by January 20-23. If club members would like to receive feedback from the E-Board or from other FBLA members, the state projects should be completed and sent to the E-Board by January 13-16. All competitions are to be submitted online (except for scrapbook). Please be on top of your projects and get them ready as soon as possible. Procrastinating will only hurt you in the long run!

During this meeting, we will be having a guest speaker, continue to work on the talent show, and also present to you guys more logistics of the community service project. Locations of the meeting and auditions are still to be decided due to the school administration's attempt to change after school meeting locations.
Lastly, the Mental Health Presentation is being held this Thursday December 15th in the FHS cafeteria from 6:30-8:30 PM. So far, Senora Muir, Senora Black, Ms. T Jennings, Ms. Fitzmaurice, Mrs. Seeber, Mrs. Batra, and Mr. Seidorf have all agreed to give extra credit for this event. Please come out and show your support to this event!

If you haven't came to pick up your bag, you can also stop by during your lunches tomorrow. Now, I know some of you don't have a bag yet and there were some issues of doubling up but we will sort everything out on Tuesday before the bus ride DON'T WORRY. Also, we will be doing a quick run down of how the day will go but basically IF YOU ARE ON THE LIST YOU WILL BE ON THE TRIP! If you have any questions, feel free to message Tapan.
As we said in today's meeting, Rohit, Sunny, and Sohil will be running a Mental Health workshop series as part of our annual community service project. One component of the project is in class teach ins at our high school English classes. These teach ins will most likely be held during the week of December 19th for two to three days. We need as many volunteer partnerships as possible to make this project a success and promote awareness on being mentally healthy throughout our community. You will receive volunteer hours redeemable to the National Honor Society requirement! Please sign up as pairs when filling out the Google Form.
It's that time of year where we're going to start gearing towards our annual Talent Show! Remember that our Talent Show is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year, whose funds are put towards the Leadership Conferences. So let's all come together to make this one the best yet.
Below is the link to sign up for the following committees:

Hey FBLA! As you may remember, we usually compete in JA Titan every year, and we are also doing it this year. JA Titan is where students will take on the role of a corporate business leader by making decisions to steer their business to success. You will compete against students from other schools and also have a chance to job shadow and win prizes! This is a great opportunity and we encourage all members to participate.
You can try the simulation out for yourself at: http://titan.ja.org/
Attached is the Google Forms for Sign-Ups, however, there are certain things to pay attention to:
1) Submit only ONE FORM PER GROUP
2) Group size MAY NOT exceed 3 people
3) Deadline is FRIDAY BY 3:00 PM
Please see attached form: https://goo.gl/forms/ExOr3AtWMvkhgAv82
The deadline for dues has been extended to Monday, October 10th as we will be unable to use the school store on the 7th. Please get them in ASAP!
Please read this post carefully. If you have not already signed up, please sign up for the club by this Friday. Your E-Board members will have laptops during lunches for the remainder of this week for you guys to sign up. The form is linked here.
Next week, on Monday and Tuesday during all school lunches we will be collecting dues. Again the dues will be $20 if you want a short sleeve shirt and $25 if you want a long sleeve shirt. We will also collect dues the next meeting on October 5th and THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE WILL ACCEPT ANY DUES.
Just a reminder that tomorrow (Wednesday, September 21st) is our first FBLA meeting in the Orchestra Room after school! Please try to be there as we'll be going over plans for the year and doing member sign ups as well. We will be going over general plans for the year and just get back into the groove of things again. We hope to see ALL of you there, don't miss it!
Hey FBLA!
The car wash is coming up on this Saturday, September 17th!!! It is from 9AM to 2PM! We need all the support we can get! Remember, fundraisers will ultimately determine how much this club pays for field trips and leadership conferences! Please be mindful that the amount of effort you put into this event, the more you will receive out of it! Plus, you will receive community service hours for attending the event as well as creating signs/posters (Better to get requirements out of the way for NHS)!
With that being said, please let us know if you can volunteer, make signs/posters, or both!
Thanks FBLAers!
The National Leadership Conference, held in Atlanta, Georgia was an amazing experience for all the members who attended. With 31 competitors, our school was the largest group of students from New Jersey, as well as the largest group of FHS students ever. Although none of our members placed in their events this year, qualifying for Nationals itself is a huge accomplishment which should be commended.
Competition was only a small part of what the NLC had to offer. Networking opportunities abounded, and our students made good use of them, making new friends during the week. In addition, students had a great time touring the sights of one of America’s largest cities and making memories all the while. No one will forget the experience they had in Atlanta, and hopefully even more people from FHS can attend Nationals next year in Anaheim, California!
Well, that's all folks. The Banquet has concluded, we all had good food, and we shall go our separate ways. For some of us, the seniors, we will be going to college to carry what FBLA has taught for us. Maybe some of us will join PBL. For others, the underclassmen, they will carry the torch of FHS FBLA above and beyond.
Now, 31 of us will go to Nationals, where we will be the largest contingent from New Jersey. It's a tough responsibility to live up to. In the mean time, we shall see what's next, from our future Talent Shows to our future States and our future Car Washes. Perhaps something new will pop up from the minds of our talented members.
And of course, there's Mr. Richter, who through all these years has seen our club grow, expand, and reinvent itself through the long and hard years. Now that he's gone, and new advisers like Ms. Bah are coming, it is our job to navigate our club through this brave new world, into an undiscovered country of possibility and joy.
This is your webmaster from 2014 to 2016, Kelvin, signing out. Arnav, it's all yours.
We did great at the Car Wash! Over the course of five hours, we raised over $700 today, all thanks to your help, from holding signs while hollering to washing and drying the cars. We could not have asked for much more and could not have done it without everyone's hard work.
In the meantime, our banquet is coming up, and so is the Webmaster Application. And here is the application. Make sure you get it in by this Friday, June 11!
UPDATE: As of June 12, our new Webmaster has been named: Arnav Tolat! Congratulations!
Though the year is coming to an end, the following three items still remain:
1. The banquet is coming up! As our final main event of the year (besides Nationals), there is quite a bunch of stuff involved:
2. Our second car wash fundraiser is on Saturday, June 4th from 9 AM - 2 PM. This fundraiser is important to help reduce the costs of Nationals this summer. While we know this is a SAT day, we urge everyone who is not taking the SATs to come out and show your support.
3. Next week the Lip Dub will take place on Thursday, June 2nd after school and we have a spot in the B100 hall. We need as many people as we can to help represent FBLA as one of the largest and greatest clubs in our school! If you would like to participate, please message our secretary Joey. The minimum we need is between 10-15; however, we want as many people to participate as possible.
We are proud to announce the results of today's 2016-2017 E-Board elections! They are:
Presidents: Shrikar Patel & Tapan Desai
Membership VP: Afnaan Shaik
Community Service VP: Rohit Aita
Treasurer/Parlimentarian: Earthh Patel
Secretary: Kunj Padh
Historian: Garrett Leung
If you are wondering where the Webmaster is, the application will be sent after this school year is officially over.
In addition, today was the last general meeting of the school year. We appreciate each and every one of you guys for coming to our meetings, events, and activities. We've all accomplished a lot and to celebrate this year and start the next, please make sure to RSVP to the Banquet on June 15.
Hello FBLA! We soon are going to hold our elections for next year's EBoard! To let you know who's running, we have prepared an Election packet containing each candidate's FBLA resume. Please read this packet if you want to know each candidates' strengths and past experience. The election will be held on May 18th in Orchestra room at 2:30.
After that's over, we have our End of the Year Banquet to look forward to! That will be on June 15 in the Cafeteria. If you want to, you can help out the Banquet EBoard by signing up here to volunteer bringing desserts, drinks, and utensils. We hope to see you there!
We have just started the fourth marking period, which means that we have some wrapping up to do. This also includes preparing for next year; we're now open to candidates for our election for next year's EBoard. Our Election Interest Meeting is on April 27. We will, at the meeting, go over important logistics of the election and of the position (e.g. the functions of each position and any prerequisites for running). We encourage anyone interested to come; if you can't, please email us and let us know.
Also, we wish to remind you that anything and everything needed for Nationals is due by April 28 (i.e. next Thursday). Any paperwork or resources that you may need, such as the Statement of Assurance, are on the National FBLA webpage and are linked here.
After much deliberation, we are pleased to announce your 2016 Banquet E-Board, who will be responsible for planning and executing our annual end-of-the-year Banquet.
Invitations
Committee Head - Tapan Desai
Assistant Head - Arnav Tolat
Food
Committee Head - Bryan Smith
Assistant Head - Simran Chertara
Decorations
Committee Head - Kunj Padh
Assistant Head - Anabia Krn
Congrats to those who were selected! If you were not, please do not feel discouraged as there will be more opportunities in the future (especially if you're an underclassman). If you were, you will be working with Garrett and Rohit in order to prepare for our best Banquet yet!
Also, there will be no meeting this week on April 13.
We will be hosting our annual FBLA Banquet on June 15th! This is a time to celebrate our yearly accomplishments as a chapter and induct our next year's E-Board. As we have done in the past, we are appointing committee heads for the Banquet to help plan out and run this wonderful event. If you are interested in applying for the Banquet E-board, please fill out this Google form by April 10th. Please do not wait until the last minute and try to be as detailed as possible when answering the questions.
The March of Dimes is coming in little more than a month, on May 1 at Johnson Park. We are pleased to announce that this year's Committee Heads are Arjun Shroff (for the Food Committee) and Earthh Patel (for Activities). We thank all of those who applied to be a Committee Head; we will have new opportunities come when we prepare for our end-of-the-year Banquet in June.
To participate in the March for Babies Walk we are requiring a minimum donation of $20 from all participating club members. The link to join our FHS FBLA team page is right here.
(Side note: If you signed up last year on the March of Dimes page, you should select "Change Team" when signing in to your March of Dimes account; otherwise you will be registered with the old team under Meghana. After selecting "Change Team" when you sign in through the link above, enter "FHS FBLA". Then, join the page created by Inna to get officially registered with the team.)
We are also offering an incentive this year! (Besides the inherent incentive of helping babies, of course.) The member who raises the most amount of money for the March of Dimes will be receiving free admission into our Banquet in June for them, and for their family members (including any of those who are members of FBLA themselves).
The annual March of Dimes "March for Babies" Charity Walk will be held on May 1, 2016. In addition to participating as a team and raising money, we will also be having a picnic in Johnson Park following the walk. As we've done with other events, we are opening up the opportunity for two of our club members to serve as committee heads - one for Food and the other for Activities - and plan the logistics of the picnic. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity, as it is a great way to gain valuable leadership skills and experience.
The application form for the positions can be found here and the application form must be completed by no later than 11:59 PM on Sunday March 20, 2016.
We have some applications from Junior Achievement and the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce; the former is giving out a scholarship for any interested High School Heroes, while the latter is opening up student memberships to us.
The JANJ High School Heroes Scholarship amounts to $2,500, which you can use for tuition or books. Applicants must be current or former High School Heroes - i.e. had taught younger students through Junior Achievement. The application is due by May 20, 2016 and consists of an application form and an essay. More details are included in the attached packet.
For those who are interested in joining the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce: We have posted the membership application, which is free to the first 50 FBLA Members (no $25 students membership fee). This is an opportunity to meet business people in Franklin and build on a relationship with FHS FBLA and the business community. They also are looking for someone to get involved with their social media campaign. If you are interested, complete the application and send to Juanita Painson at juanita@biznestcenter.com.
We are going to have two more trips very soon: Nationals is the obvious one, but we also have the Women's Leadership Conference. Both are great experiences to go to; the latter is in particular a great experience for our female students to gain a unique perspective of leadership in the business world. Make sure to get the permission slips on the Forms page!
This Wednesday we're having a meeting where we're going to talk about a lot of stuff. We will be discussing upcoming trips, such as Synchronoss and our JA trip to Hillcrest. In addition, we will be talking about the March of Dimes walk, which will be held on the first of May. We'll also be talking about upcoming fundraisers that will help our SLC champions go to Atlanta for Nationals, such as restaurant nights and another car wash!
Also upcoming are the elections for next year's E-Board - you would need to submit a 1 page resume and attend an elections meeting on April 20th - and the banquet, which will be held on June 15.
Note: To those going on the JA trip, make sure you pick up your materials at the meeting! Ergo, it's mandatory for you guys.

In addition, our chapter also received the Chapter Website Award of Merit and the Businessperson of the Year award (the latter for Mukesh Patel, CEO of JuiceTank). Now that we have Generated Greatness at the SLC, we must look forwards towards Getting Connected at Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia!
* Individuals or groups that recieved 4th place and up are eligible to go to Nationals.
We have only a week until the State Leadership Conference on the 17th! On that day, we will be leaving at around 3:30 to 4 and will be arriving at Atlantic City at around 7. There, you will either be doing your competitions, helping us set up our Junior Achievement workshop, participating in one of three Open Competitions (the guidebook is now online!) and/or having fun! Remember, though, to follow our rules and regulations, especially our Dress Code.
Special shoutout to Shrikar and Sapan, our two voting delegates at the SLC! May we help them choose our next state board wisely.
After States, we will continue to be active. We have a Junior Achievement trip to Hillcrest on March 24; later, we will be having our Synchronoss Internship. Their permission slips have already been uploaded, and as spots are limited, make sure to check them out quickly!
This Wednesday, there will be a meeting for all state competitors who would like to further practice their competition presentations to receive feedback from Mr. Richter and the E-Board. We will also be going over SLC logistics and new field trips.
This SLC, we have open competitions and are able to have 3 teams of up to 3 members. Priority will go to members who are not competing at all at the conference (e.g. participated in Regionals and didn’t make it). Next on the list are those who had electronic submissions and are only awaiting their results. We will let you guys know when you can email in to take part.
Today, January 27, 2016, we will be having a meeting in preparation for the State Leadership Conference in February. Specifically we will continue to be having presentations. These are the presentations that will happen today:
In addition, we will go over some of the logistics for the competition, including who's going to be our Voting Delegates! Finally, don't forget to check out the Social Media Campaign's page - The Estate - on Facebook!
This Wednesday we are going to have a mandatory meeting. Also, all written projects for the SLC are due that day, so make sure you finish them. We're going to practice for the following competitions, so whoever's on them, make sure to practice them.
It's going to be a very exciting trip: 87 people are going to SLC this year (14 more than last year) and we're going to host a workshop with Junior Achievement about the High School Heroes program. If anyone's interested, confirmed chaperones are, along with Ricter, Riverso, Muir, Black, and Jones.
Make sure to also fill out rooming preferences here.
Friday is going to be the last day of the Donate a Disc recycling drive. If you want your class to donate the most disks and get a Munchkin party, you can bring in your old CDs and DVDs (case or no case). Not only is this project good for the environment by reducing E-waste, it will also help us as a club for the Community Service competition at the SLC.
Speaking of the SLC, make sure that all of your projects are handed in to Mr. Richter by Wednesday, January 13. They will be due to the state office shortly after, so make sure to wrap them up. We wish you all luck at the SLC!
P.S. For all of those who went on the JA Careers Success trip on Wednesday, we hope you learned a lot about how to use your soft skills and got a sneak peek into what going to the Rutgers Business School is like, as well gaining insight with regards to how to think about boxes.
The FBLA Talent Show 2015 was a great success! From piano to singing to Rubix Cubing, it has been a night to remember! And we couldn't have done it without the efforts of many people, from the performers themselves to our lovely Committee Heads to the whole of the club helping out. FHS FBLA fighting!
Also, although States money and permission slips were due Friday, there are still some that are outstanding. To those people: you know who you are, and make sure to bring everything in as soon as possible.
The State Leadership Conference is getting close, and the permission slip deadline even closer. Due to new Board of Education regulations, all forms are to be given to Mr. Richter by Friday, December 18, 2015. Uploaded is a a packet that includes a FAQ form, the permission slip, the Code of Conduct form, and the Dress Code.
You are required to hand to me by the deadline of the following documents:
Based on the current sign-ups for the various State competitions and the great performance at Regionals, we're going to have around 80 students. The dates for the SLC are from 2/17/16 to 2/19/16. Please contact Mr. Richter you have additional questions.
During our last meeting, we covered a lot of things to do for the remainder of December and beyond. We have to prepare for the Talent Show, first of all; your Talent Show Committee Heads should have told you what to do. Let's hope that we can prepare for the big day next Friday!
We also have to prepare for States. We have our Regionals results out (you can see them in the "Competitions" page). For those who've made it, congrats! For those who haven't, you can pick a States competition, but pick quickly as there's only a limited number of spots left! For those who have to present something at States, we are also going to have a meeting where you will present in front of your EBoard before winter break to facilitate your preparation.
We also need to select who we are going to send to run for State Office. We have a form out that needs to be sent by December 20 (no exceptions!); only sophomores and juniors are eligible. Also, you have to email us a resume of all of your FBLA activities. If you have any questions, you can visit the NJ FBLA website or ask our former State Community Service VP Inna Kapoor.
Besides that, we also have our "Donate a Disc" recycling drive! For those who don't know, we have decorated cardboard boxes that will be used to collect CDs and other discs to recycle, as part of our Community Service project for States. We've done a great job setting it up last meeting; if anyone wants to help Inna this Friday too, you are welcome.
It's a lot, but remember that States is coming soon. The permission slip is coming soon early too; we will be posting it soon, and it will be due before winter break. In the meantime, though, prepare for your competitions and be ready for the State Leadership Conference.
We have a meeting this Wednesday! Obviously, we will be preparing for the talent show, but we also have a bunch other things to do. With the SLC coming early this year, we have to start getting ready for it, from getting candidates for state office to starting up our Community Service Projects. We hope that you're excited as the biggest events of FBLA are coming up quick!
Next week will be Regionals competitions! They will be held until 2:30 until 3:30 after school, on December 1, 2, and 3. Make sure you study for them!
In addition, there will be no meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 25 nor Dec. 2. The former is because tomorrow's a half day (along with the fact that Mr. Richter is on vacation); the latter is because of Regionals.
We are now preparing for our Talent Show! Now that everyone has been divvied up into the three committees, we are committed to getting everything set up, to get people to come, and to ensure that we'll have a good time come December 18.
Make sure that you spread the word. For the Ticketing and Advertising Committee, make sure to spread the word of the auditions to potential performers (they'll be occurring in the next two weeks), and make sure to advertise beyond the walls of Franklin. (Make sure to tell them that there will be cash prizes!) For the Food and Sponsorship Committee, the Sponsor Letter has been uploaded onto the "Forms" section.
Finally, the JA trip has been filled out! Good luck to those who are going! For those who still want a field trip opportunity, there is the "Careers Success" field trip that will happen in January at Rutgers.
We are currently preparing for our biggest fundraiser of the year - the Talent Show. They are:
In addition, we will soon be setting up auditions for those who want to participate in it. So make sure to reach out to others - encourage them to participate as performers or come as audience members!
If you participated in Safe Halloween, or if you want to participate in more extracurricular activities, make sure to print out an FBLA Timesheet! They are available in the "Forms" section.
Remember that we will be having a JA Field Trip to the middle school on November 24; that permission slip will be released soon. The permission slip for the Rutgers trip will also be released soon. Make sure to sign up quickly for them as well, as they are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Regional and State Competitions are coming up! Make sure to sign up for them, as the deadline to do so is Thursday, October 29th. If you sign up, make sure to email fblafranklin@gmail.com and rrichter@franklinboe.org with your competition choice. The due required to participate in each competition is $5; hand them in to an Eboard member during lunch. The competitions will take place in December at FHS, and they will be on computers.
With the second meeting over, there are a lot of things floating around that may become confusing. Don't worry - we're here to help!
One of these things is JA Titan: Who doesn't want to run their own business? The JA Titan flyer is on the Forms page; check that for details (such as what it is, scheduling, and what to include in the email). If you want to join, make sure to email Alicia Fusco of Junior Achievement at afusco@ja-nj.org (and not Joey!).
Plus, we have things relating to the Talent Show and competitions coming up, so stay tuned! (And make sure to sign up for a Regional or State competition, if you want to, sooner than later!)
Big shoutout to those who've handed in their dues last week! Your due paying was your ticket to the world of FBLA, and they ensure that our club runs like clockwork, by paying for our registration and helping us subsidize trips. Another thing to note is the record amount of people joining this club - more than a hundred! Maybe we will become the largest chapter in the state - who knows!
If you didn't pay your dues, the last chance is this week's meeting, on the 14th. Please do not hand in dues on the Tuesday before.
So that was quite the eventful first day! It was a bit chaotic with over a hundred of us, but it shows us great potential. If we can channel that energy, who knows what our chapter can accomplish! After all, we have a whole year ahead of us, from leadership conferences to Junior Achievement trips to tech company job shadows to who knows what.
Some important key points from our first meeting:
Welcome back to Franklin High School, and welcome back to FBLA. As you can see, our website has gotten quite the upgrade! That's right, we have moved away from Webs.com and switched over to Jimdo! Why? For a number of reasons. One is that Webs.com has many bugs that makes website editing troublesome. Another is that Webs.com sites - including ours - are blocked by our school. As such, our adviser Mr. Richter recommended using Jimdo in particular, and so we switched.
But enough with the introduction. Right now, even though our first meeting hasn't started yet, we have many things going on. We are busy choosing our competitions for Regionals and States, and we are busy planning our field trips and other activities. Let's look forwards to a great and successful year!

I hope this clarifies a lot of concerns!

Hey guys,
We have trip on Tuesday but only 15 spots! If you're interested, hand in the permission slip (Located on forms page) by tomorrow end of the day to Riverso (signatures of your most important teachers is fine). It's free!

Hope you all enjoyed your long weekend! Please read this post carefully. Auditions are starting this Wednesday and Thursday. There will also be a meeting this Wednesday after school too.
REGIONALS ARE THIS WEEK!
Now, the administration cancelled all after-school activities on Tuesday so we will only be having it on Wednesday and Thursday in D129. Remember, all of your group members must be present during the test. If you have any questions, please message Tapan or Shrikar.
Important Announcement #1: T-SHIRTS ARE HERE!
Stop by during your lunches (only lunches) in the school store and pick it up from one of the E-Board members. If you cannot come tomorrow, some E-Board members will be present on Tuesday as well. If you are going on the JA Trip on Tuesday, you MUST have a T-Shirt and wear it. If you can't pick it up tomorrow and you are going on the trip, you can pick one up before the trip Tuesday morning and just change into it if you'd like.
Important Announcement #2: The JA Trip is on Tuesday and all those on the trip can report down to the events lobby around 8 AM.
- Food and Sponsorship
- Ticketing and Advertisement
- Backstage and Auditioning
Sign Up here ASAP to start helping. During the next meeting your corresponding committee heads will explain to you the tasks as volunteers to make the event as amazing and efficient as possible.

This Thursday, the 10th, we will be having a small volunteering opportunity where we basically assemble the JA bags for the upcoming trip. There are 20 spots open so please let an E-Board member
know if you can come volunteer between 10-12ish in the morning that day (we have no school!)
Hey Franklin FBLA!
Since regionals are quickly approaching, we need to collect payments for the objective tests! Please bring $5 attached with your name and your competition if you signed up for any regional event! If you are not sure if your event is regional please message an E-Board member ASAP. We will be in the school store during lunches. IF WE ARE NOT, please visit either B205 or D129 and hand in the money to Ms. Bah.
If you are still interested in signing up for a REGIONAL Competition please use the google form. Once again, we need the $5 (per person) ASAP (By Tomorrow) if you signed up for a REGIONAL Competition! Regionals are December 6th, 7th, and 8th AFTERSCHOOL. Thanks!
Second important announcement of the day: Junior Achievement at the Middle School is on November 22nd and the FORMS ARE OUT NOW! There are 100 open spots (50 pairs) and all spots are first come, first serve. If spots get filled up, look out for future JA trips *hint, there might be one in December too...*
Anyways, please sign and return the form (on the forms page of the site) during school lunches or to any E-Board member and WRITE THE NAME OF YOUR PARTNER ON THE TOP RIGHT OF THE PERMISSION SLIP! If you have any questions, message an E-Board member.
For those of you interested, the link below is the form for Committee Head and Chairperson applications. Please fill out the form by October 31st at 11:59 PM latest. We encourage everyone interested to fill the form out as soon as possible.
